Looking to Exchange or Return?

Returns

We only accept returns if the stone arrives cracked or broken. Because our crystals are natural semi-precious stones, each piece will have unique variations in color, inclusions, and texture. These natural features are part of their beauty and are not considered defects, therefore they are not valid reasons for return.

Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your item. All items must be unused, with tags attached, and returned in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was received damaged or defective.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available if you would like to adjust the collar size or change the collar color of your purchase. Please note that the stones themselves cannot be exchanged or swapped under any circumstances, as each crystal is naturally unique.

To request an exchange, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and returned with the original packaging intact. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with sending items back for exchange. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send out the replacement in your requested size or collar color.

Important Note

Because crystals are natural semi-precious stones, their variations are part of their beauty and not considered defects.

International purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
