Processing and Delivery Times

At Cura Crystal, all orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number.

Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days for domestic orders within the United States, and 7–15 business days for international orders. Please note that processing times are separate from shipping times, and during high-volume periods such as holidays, promotions, or product launches, delivery may take slightly longer.

Shipping Origin and Coverage

All orders are shipped from California, United States. We currently ship both domestically and internationally. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer free shipping for qualifying orders. Customers within the United States enjoy free shipping on orders over $49. For international customers, free shipping is available on orders over $200.

Customs and Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing and clearance in the receiving country.

While we do everything possible to ensure prompt delivery, Cura Crystal is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
